Local Community Involvement

We continue to work on the grounds.  During 2015 a new area was grassed over and the border looks better now.

We are grateful to The Stoneywood Scouts who give the grounds a good annual tidy-up.  Several members of the congregation prune shrubs, tidy borders, power-hose slabs and plant bulbs etc.  There is always plenty of work.

Anyone who would like to volunteer to help us with looking after our gardens, please leave a note with your name and contact details at the church.

The Bucksburn News carries a regular column about St Machar’s Church alongside columns about our neighbouring churches.

We will send information via email to anyone who requests inclusion on our mailing list.

Occasional events are held which are advertised in local shops, other churches and the website.
